James “Jimmy” Howell Wiggins, 74

James “Jimmy” Howell Wiggins, 74, passed away Monday,
December 28, 2015 after a courageous battle against cancer. He was born
October 23, 1941 in Charleston, SC to the late Laurie & Kathryn Smith
Wiggins. Jimmy was retired from his own business, Wiggins & Associates. He
felt it was his duty to love and care for God’s creatures and dedicated
his life to taking care of animals. Jimmy had a gentle, creative spirit,
enjoyed writing songs and poetry. His quick wit and sense of humor brought
joy to his family and friends. Jimmy was predeceased by his mother and
father in law, Evelyn & Horace Harden; nephew, Tommy Harden. Survivors
include his wife of almost 50 years, Jennifer; sister, Peggy Titus;
brother & sister in law, Jack & Pat Harden; aunts, Shirley Milan, Martha
Roughton; nieces, Barbara Sedberry (Rusty), Holly Harden; nephews, Jack
Harden, Jr. (Clare), Wayne Harden (Mary), Ron Titus, David Titus; numerous
other family and friends. There will be a private memorial service to
celebrate his life. Arrangements are under the direction of Cedar Bay
Funeral Home, 714-1110. In lieu of flowers donations of money or items may
